Kot Finančni analitik poslovnega planiranja in analiz boste podpirali vodstvo pri ohranjanju in izboljševanju poslovne uspešnosti z zagotavljanjem finančnih informacij za namen odločanja. Odgovorni boste za mesečno poročanje, pripravo napovedi in letnega proračuna ter sodelovanje s ključnimi deležniki, za namen pridobitve celovitega vpogleda v poslovanje. Odgovorni boste za pregled nad ključnimi tveganji in priložnostmi. Delovali boste kot »desna roka« vodje financ z izvajanjem poglobljenih analiz.

We are seeking a Business Planning & Analysis Analyst. In this role you will support the management at maintaining and improving business performance by providing financial information for decision making, you will have full ownership over actual monthly reporting, preparation of forecasts and full year budget and cooperate with key stake-holders (marketing, medical, HR,...) to get full understanding of the business and to maintain an overview of key risks and opportunities. You will act as "right hand" to the head of finance through deep analysis.

Vaše ključne odgovornosti:

  • Spremljanje mesečnih finančnih poročil in analiziranje razlik med dejanskimi rezultati ter prvotnim proračunom, napovedmi in stroški.
  • Podpora vodstvu pri sprejemanju odločitev z natančno in pravočasno analizo različnih poslovnih vprašanj in stroškovnih dejavnikov, vključno s številom zaposlenih.
  • Sodelovanje pri pripravi proračunov, mesečnih napovedi (spot landing outlooks), cluster zahtev in poslovnih pregledov.
  • Proaktivno izvajanje analize finančnih podatkov – s poudarkom na tržni dinamiki, realizaciji proračunu, blagovnih znamkah, razporejanju stroškov, stroških dela, številu zaposlenih (FTE) in splošni dobičkonosnosti poslovanja.
  • Odgovornost za zgodnja opozorila ter tveganja in priložnosti.
  • Zagotavljanje usklajenosti z računovodskimi načeli podjetja Novartis in sodelovanje z oddelkom za finančno poročanje in računovodstvo (FRA), v namen zagotavljanja poglobljenega razumevanja dejansko poročanih številk. Zagotovljanje doslednih procesov poročanja finančnih podatkov in rezultatov.
  • Vodenje načrtovanja proračuna v lokalnem orodju za načrtovanje BPC.
  • Delovanje kot poslovni partner v organizaciji, nudenje podpore in predpostavk za ohranjanje veljavnih finančnih načrtov.
  • Proaktivno sodelovanje s finančnimi strokovnjaki v drugih državnih organizacijah za pridobivanje najboljših praks in rezultatov na trgu, primerjanje rezultatov in metod z drugimi trgi.
  • Zagotavljanje, da so poslovno načrtovanje, računovodstvo in kontroling vključeni v proces odločanja znotraj oddelka M&S.

Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:

  • Visokošolska stopnja izobrazbe s področja financ, ekonomije ali drugega ustreznega področja.
  • 3-5 let izkušenj v finančnem kontrolingu ali podobni poziciji.
  • Tekoče znanje angleškega jezika (ustno in pisno).
  • Poznavanje Microsoft Office, dodatno znanje SAP in digitalnih analitičnih orodij je prednost.
  • Analitično razmišljanje in finančno modeliranje.
  • Finančno poslovno partnerstvo.
  • Usklajevanje ljudi in virov.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track monthly financial reports, analyzing differences between the actual results and the original budget, outlook, costs.
  • Support management in decision making through detailed and timely analysis of various business issues and cost drivers, including headcount.
  • Participate in preparation of budgets, monthly spot landing outlooks, cluster requests and business reviews.
  • Proactively carry-out analysis on financial data - focus on market dynamics, budget realization, brands, cost allocation, personnel costs, FTEs and overall business profitability.
  • Ownership over early warnings and Risks & Opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment with the accounting principles of Novartis and collaborate with FRA (financial reporting and accounting department) to ensure a deep understanding of actual reported numbers. Ensure consistent financial data reporting processes and results.
  • Drive budget planning in Local BPC planning tool.
  • Function as a Business Partner in the organization to provide support and challenge assumptions to maintain valid financial plans.
  • Proactively interface with financial officers in other country organizations to obtain the best financial practices and in-market data results, benchmarking country results and methods against ones from other markets.
  • Ensure that business planning, accounting and control are integrated into the decision-making process within M&S.

Essential Requirements:

  • University diploma in Finance, Economics or another relevant field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in financial controlling or similar position.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, additional knowledge of SAP and digital analytical tools is an advantage.
  • Analytical Thinking and Financial Modeling.
  • Financial Business Partnering.
  • Aligning people and resources.
